Problem-Solving Sessions: Schedule one-on-one sessions to identify barriers and strategize solutions to dead ends and difficult/unresponsive case workers.
Life Skills Training
One-on-One Coaching: Tailor life skills training to individual needs, covering topics like budgeting, cooking, self-care, and social skills.
Soft Skills Support: Communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, time management, leadership.
Direct Service Provider Training
One-on-one DSP training: Administer training programs that equip Direct Service Providers with the skills to effectively support individuals with disabilities. These include general expectations, wheelchair transfers, hoyer lift, proper washing techniques. appropriate interactions, down time etc.
Ongoing Support: Provide resources and guidance for clients and DSPs to continuously improve their practices.
